After many years working with leading international hair brands and realizing there was a huge need for quality education in South America, Cristopher Maldonado decided to become a full time educator and set up the Cristopher Maldonado Education Collective.
Winner of many competitions and accolades such as Wella Trend Vision and Davines Stand-Out Stylist, Cristopher also has vast experience as an educator and art team member for many leading brands such as L’Oréal and Matrix among others. His skill and experience led him to being in demand globally for his teaching and in 2015 being named education and artistic head for Toni & Guy and Label.m brand.
After a good deal of time working and travelling in Europe Cristopher returned to Santiago, where he was much in demand by leading salons and education providers finally leading to the establishment of the Society S2 Academy.
As well as education, Cristopher is often called upon for session and collection work for leading brands and his work has been widely published.
Today, as well as being education director of S2 Academy in Chile and Brazil, Cristopher is also education Director for the International Network of Education which covers Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Spain, Sweden and Honduras as well as being Ambassador for Abril et Nature.
